Disability Justice Partner Tom Giordano, Jr. and Associate Allison Eberle-Lindemuth were named to the Social Security Disability Law Leadership board of the American Association for Justice. Board elections took place at the American Association for Justice (AAJ)’s annual convention late July in Los Angeles, CA. Tom was reelected to the board as Vice Chair (he was named Treasurer last year), and Allison was elected as the Newsletter Editor of the AAJ Social Security Disability Law Section.
Of his reelection, Tom said, “The American Association for Justice is an organization committed to upholding the true values of our country’s civil justice system. It is a privilege to continue serving in the role of Vice Chair.”
“The opportunity to serve in the Social Security Disability Law section of the American Association for Justice is a huge honor, and one I don’t take lightly,” Allison said of her new role. “I look forward to helping distribute quality information to our network of trial lawyers, and ensuring the AAJ’s values are upheld in my own practice.”
The American Association for Justice was established to promote a fair and just legal system by providing trial attorneys with information and support to most effectively represent clients. The AAJ distributes a variety of publications, including the Social Security Disability Law biannual newsletter.
