Brynn Lapszynski is admitted to practice law in New York State and is based out of Disability Justice’s New York office.
Ms. Lapszynski received her J.D. in 2013 from Widener University School of Law. While in law school, she participated in Widener’s Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Clinic, where she represented indigent persons charged with misdemeanor offenses in District Court. Ms. Lapszynski also assisted in representation at the Court of Common Pleas for cases that progressed beyond the District Court level. Ms. Lapszynski is a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and the Public Interest Law Alliance.
While she received her law degree in 2013, Ms. Lapszynski has worked at Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano as an intern since June of 2012. At Pond Lehocky, Ms. Lapszynski drafted legal briefs appealing denials of benefits for Social Security disability cases and gained extensive experience with the Social Security disability process.
Prior to law school, she attended St. Johns University in Queens, NY, where she was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society and CARE, or Children Are Really Exceptional. She graduated in 2006 with a major in Communications and a minor in Business.
